EVERLEGAL advised a large real estate developer in Ukraine on obtaining the right to lease the land, purchase infrastructure objects and real estate in a big development project in Kyiv.
Our team provides legal support in more than 30 court disputes concerning the ownership of the flats, rights on the land, general construction agreement, corporate rights disputes, and bankruptcy procedure.
Based on lawsuits and bankruptcy proceedings the strategic plan is to obtain the rights of the general contractor of the project, the rights on infrastructure objects and real estate.
