Vsevolod Volkov spoke at the event ‘Beyond Borders: A Lawyer in the World of International Trade’
On 15 May, the event ‘Beyond Borders: a Lawyer in the World of International Trade‘, organised by the Law Students’ Association.
The event was dedicated to the role of a lawyer in international trade as a complex system of legal rules, contractual obligations, customs procedures and dispute resolution mechanisms. The focus was on the lawyer as an active participant, strategist and guarantor of business stability in foreign economic activity.
One of the speakers at the event was Vsevolod Volkov, Partner and Head of International Arbitration at EVERLEGAL, who spoke on the topic ‘International Arbitration: a Lawyer in the Battle for Justice’.
Other topics discussed during the event included:
- Import and export: how to combine and develop
- International trade and legal practice: where is the work?
- Customs formalities: the practical kitchen of foreign trade
