EVERLEGAL successfully represented a major international airline Onur Air

In February 2020 EVERLEGAL won a court dispute on the collection of more than $43 million in favor of a major international airline Onur Air.

The complexity of the case was in its unsuccessful consideration by the Commercial Court of Kyiv region since 2013.

In 2019, our team began to work on the case and developed a comprehensive plan to protect the client's interests. Within this plan, we represented the client's interests in the courts of appeal and cassation, achieved cancelation of the court ruling hindering the court proceedings and therefore, reached the client's goal - the court satisfied the claim of the airline.
