Module 1: Registration, reorganisation and termination of business under martial law:
- Setting up a business.
- Business reorganisation.
- Termination of business.
- Disclosure of information about ultimate beneficial owners.
Module 2: Daily business activities:
- Business relocation
- Mobilisation of the manager
- State guarantees for relocated businesses
- Peculiarities of corporate governance during martial law
- Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) with the EU: opportunities for Ukrainian business.
- After the event, all participants will receive a recording, presentation materials, as well as additional practical materials that can be used in their future activities.
