  • UDP Renewables, a Ukrainian developer of renewable energy projects, in relation to development and operation of solar power plants in Ukraine, sale of solar power plant projects to Acciona Energy, a large Spanish developer, and to foreign investors from the Slovak Republic, as well as sale of solar and wind power plant projects to foreign investor from Qatar.

  • Main Group Ukraine, a Ukrainian renewables projects' developer on transactional matters related to the sale of operating companies developing solar power plants to foreign investors from Canada, the UK and Turkey, and on development of other solar power projects in Ukraine.

  • Canadian renewable energy company in connection with legal due diligence review of a number of solar power projects in Ukraine.

  • Louis Dreyfus Company Ukraine on attracting financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in an amount of up to US$ 35 million for a railcar logistics business in Ukraine.

  • A major Ukrainian logistics and investment group on a legal due diligence review in connection with a potential acquisition of an under-development solar power plant in Ukraine, advising on corporate matters and day-to-day commercial operations.

  • A major Ukrainian investment group in connection with acquisition of a stake in Ukrainian target engaged in IT and Innovation Technologies with further joint venture with an international IT group, on matters related to a call option agreement for transfer of shares in a foreign project company indirectly holding a number of commercial real estate property projects under development to Ukrainian investment group, on corporate matters related to intra-group corporate restructuring, corporate governance and certain employment matters.
