At EVERLEGAL, we are immensely proud of our clients’ achievements, particularly when their work receives international recognition.
The Ukrainian initiative CO-HATY has become a laureate of the prestigious Erskine Award 2026 presented by the Swedish Ruth and Ralph Erskine Foundation. This marks the first time the award has been granted to a Ukrainian architectural team. The most recent recipient, in 2022, was a London-based architectural firm.

Project impact
Since its establishment in 2022 in Ivano-Frankivsk, CO-HATY has grown to deliver 10 large-scale residential projects. Today, more than 1,800 people have a new home thanks to their work.
We congratulate the CO-HATY team on this well-deserved achievement. Together, we are building a future where everyone has the right to a dignified home.
