We are pleased to share the results of the "Ukrainian Women in Law 2025" ranking, conducted annually by the prominent Ukrainian publication Yurydychna Gazeta.
This year's ranking includes Svitlana Teteria, Counsel and Head of the Agricultural and Land Law Practice at EVERLEGAL.

The Ukrainian Women in Law 2025 ranking is based on an analysis of the work of 120 law firms in Ukraine. The research considers the expert opinion of representatives from the legal business, the bar, the corporate sector, as well as the editorial team of Yurydychna Hazeta, which acts as the industry expert. Since 2016, the editorial team has been analyzing the changes that have occurred, identifying major achievements, and assessing the gender balance in the legal market.
The goal of the research is to support women lawyers who, despite all the challenges of war, are actively changing the country, shaping the legal framework, and serving as its strong rear.
