EVERLEGAL Partner will speak at the III Anti-Corruption Forum
On 11 April 2025, we invite you to join the III Anti-Corruption Forum, which will take place in Kyiv, organised by the Ukrainian Advocates' Association (UAA).
Taras Ivanenko, Partner and Head of the Anti-Corruption Practice at EVERLEGAL, will speak during Session I titled: “Effectiveness of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine”.
Taras will address the topic: “Playing for time: how legal uncertainty and judicial practice enable deadline abuse in anti-corruption cases”.
