Details:

• The programme lasted from September 2023 to October 2014 and included 8 face-to-face workshops in Prague, Sofia, Paris, Warsaw and Bucharest - a total of 53 hours of intensive training structured around practical exercises, simulations and real ICC arbitration cases.
• The programme covered various issues related to ICC arbitration, including the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal, case management, interim measures, security for costs, evidence, hearings and the drafting, review and official announcement of the arbitral award.
• The Academy is organised by the ICC Institute of World Business Law in cooperation with the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
