Wanted: Senior Associate / Associate for Migration Law Practice

EVERLEGAL  is looking for an experienced Senior Associate / Associate for our Migration Law Practice in Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Registration of companies in Ukraine, registration of work permits for foreigners, workers and other long-term visas type D

• Registration of a permanent and temporary residence permit in Ukraine, obtaining Ukrainian citizenship

• Registration of the Ukrainian tax number for the foreigner - TIN

• Written translation of documents and their notarization

• Execution of separate legal instructions of the companies officials

Qualifications:

• Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university

• Excellent command of English (including legal English), Ukrainian and Russian

• Excellent knowledge of migration law, as well as civil, commercial and administrative proceedings

• Strong analytical, legal writing and research skills

• Strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team

• High level of self-motivation and proactiveness

• Previous experience in Migration law practice is a MUST

• Work experience in an international law firm will be a plus
