LABOUR RELATIONS UNDER MARTIAL LAW

EVERLEGAL LEGAL SUPPORT

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The war in Ukraine has badly affected the main resource of both the country and every company, i.e. people! In particular, martial law raised a series of questions among employers concerning labor relations. Is stuff reduction allowed during wartime? What should employer do with employees evacuated abroad? Are there grounds to delay salary payment? etc.

Since the first days of the full-scale war in Ukraine, EVERLEGAL team has been providing legal support to Ukrainians, analyzing the relevant legislation, and preparing useful materials for businesses and citizens of Ukraine, including concerning labour relations matters, which are perhaps one of the most important in today's realities. During this time, we prepared a large number of materials and provided support on labour issues under martial law to more than 2,000 Ukrainians, including businesses.

Based on this significant experience, we are starting a legal support program in relation to labor issues during martial law, which includes:
  • Legal guide on the most pressing labour issues
  • How we can help companies in relation to their labour relations
  • EVERLEGAL Insights: free access to webinars, during which our leading experts discussed various labour issues

We are happy to share our experience with you and help you solve individual labour issues!
