EVERLEGAL team continues cooperation with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) within the framework of the project aimed at providing legal support to Ukrainians around the world
We are pleased to share the news about the continuation of cooperation between EVERLEGAL and DRC. For the second year in a row, our team has been providing legal support to the international organisation in Ukraine to ensure its successful operation in our country and implementation of large-scale projects in support of Ukrainians.
In particular, our team will continue to provide legal support to the digital legal platform, the primary purpose of which is to provide free legal aid in a fast, convenient and accessible format.
As of today, the platform is already operational and includes:
- Legal support in different jurisdictions
- Convenient formats for obtaining the necessary information in the respective country
- Fast and open access to information for every Ukrainian
- Modern online consulting systems
The EVERLEGAL team will continue to work on the DRC project, which will include legal advice for platform users, updating and development of legal materials, and general legal support of the DRC in the course of development and improvement of the platform.
The project is being implemented by a team of 12 EVERLEGAL lawyers led by partner Andriy Porayko and the firm's marketing department led by Daria Kravets.
Legal support of this project is of targeted importance for the Sustainable Development practice at EVERLEGAL, as its implementation is another step towards achieving the UN Global Sustainable Development Goals, namely
- Goal 16: Peace, justice and strong institutions
EVERLEGAL is sincerely grateful to the DRC for its continued trust in our team!
