EVERLEGAL team is growing

We are happy to share the good news: our Corporate Practice team is growing and we have a new Junior Associate - Lidiia Vatutina.

Lidiia focuses her practice on Corporate and M&A as well as Commercial matters. Lidiia's professional interests also lie in the area of mediation and negotiations. In pursuit of that interest, she participated in international mediation competitions such as ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition (Paris, France, 2018), Mediate'18 (Kyiv, Ukraine, 2018), INADR International Law School Mediation Tournament (Athens, Greece, 2019).

In addition to her professional career, Lidiia is also interested in cinematography and studies French.
