Promoted: new Senior Associate and Associate at EVERLEGAL Law Firm

EVERLEGAL is happy to announce the promotion of Yuliia Kylchynska, former Associate to  Senior Associate and Alina Zhuk, former Junior Associate to Associate

Yuliia in her new role as a Senior Associate will pursue her participation in M&A transactions and Corporate practice. Moreover, Yuliia will continue to advise clients on employment matters, corporate governance and day-to-day commercial operations.

Recently Yuliia has graduated from the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute where she had improved her corporate governance practice and updated her certificate of Corporate Secretary received in 2013.

Alina in her new role as an Associate will continue focusing on Corporate and M&A practice area with a particular focus on renewable energy sector. Also, she intends to strengthen her expertise in mediation. 

Alina received her LL.M. Degree from National University of Kent and received Master of Laws Degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
