EVERLEGAL Team Building Day 2023
Team Building Day 2023 was held at EVERLEGAL on Tuesday, March 21, during which we discussed the firm, brand, corporate culture, lawyer development, and advancement up the company's career ladder. Furthermore, the advancement of lawyers in litigation and corporate practice was noted.
The highlight of our event was the "EVERLEGAL Charity Auction", which we organised as part of our corporate social responsibility in support of the Armed Forces (along with the "+380" charity fund).
EVERLEGAL's managing partner, Yevheniy Deyneko, spoke at our event about the firm's origins and active development. Yevheniy discussed the company's core values, positioning, perspectives, and corporate culture.
Andriy Porayko, EVERLEGAL partner, discussed the strategy of developing a lawyer's personal brand, the importance of participation in ratings, associations, and other activities that help a lawyer grow professionally and build his own market reputation.
We also talked about internal communications and the importance of involving each team member in the development of the company. Daria Kravets, EVERLEGAL's Head of Marketing and PR, shared the firm's main marketing tools for facilitating and increasing the efficiency of lawyers' work in both internal and external communications.
EVERLEGAL partner Oleksandr Ruzhytskyi informed the team about a lawyer's advancement up the company's career ladder. Oleksandr mentioned the basic requirements for lawyers, which are required to advance to a higher position in the company step by step.
Following that, we discussed the year's results and awards for lawyer development in corporate and litigation practices. Four EVERLEGAL attorneys were promoted this year. And their names will be officially announced on our resources tomorrow.
The "EVERLEGAL Charity Auction," which we organised as part of our CSR in support of Ukraine's Armed Forces, was the event's grand finale.

- In just a few hours, we were able to raise more than UAH 25,000 for the needs of our defenders.
Such active participation and support from each member of the EVERLEGAL team demonstrates once again that we are stronger when we unite! Strong in developing a common cause, assisting one another, and supporting our country.
We would like to express our deepest appreciation to the "+380" foundation for their assistance in organising our auction and for their incredible work in helping Ukraine during this difficult time. We are grateful for the opportunity to participate and contribute to the victory.
