Promotion in the Corporate Practice team

EVERLEGAL is pleased to announce the promotion of Yuliia Kylchynska, a former Senior Associate, to the position of Counsel.

Yuliia focuses on Corporate and M&A, Employment and Corporate Governance matters. She is also involved in Antitrust and Competition practice. In addition, Yulia is a certified corporate secretary (Ukrainian Institute of Corporate Governance, 2018).

As a Counsel, Yuliia will continue to improve her expertise in the area of Corporate and M&A with a focus on Energy, and also Corporate Governance, Employment, and Antitrust, and Competition matters.

In addition, Yuliia is going to focus on developing Corporate and M&A Practice by facilitating cooperation with the current clients and attracting new ones.
