EVERLEGAL Partner will speak at the VІII International Criminal Law Forum
On 10 February 2026, the VІII International Criminal Law Forum, organised by the Legal Practice (Yurydychna Praktyka).
Taras Ivanenko, Partner and Head of Anti-Corruption Practice at EVERLEGAL, Attorney, PhD in Law, will speak during Session I titled “Criminal Law and Judicial Practice in Wartime”.
Taras will present on the topic: “The role of the judge in complex criminal cases: case management and ensuring adversarial proceedings.”
The session will also focus on:
- Institutional challenges of criminal justice (ESBU, the anti-corruption vertical)
- Expected legislative changes in the area of white-collar crime in 2025–2026
