+1 to the development of Green Energy in Ukraine!

EVERLEGAL advised UDP Renewables, one of the leading RE project developers in Ukraine, on its implementation of PORT-SOLAR project in Odesa region, Ukraine. 

The total capacity peak of the solar power station is 8.6 MW. The project at hand aims to produce nearly 11,830 MWh per year and to provide power to more than 3,200 households in Ukraine. 

EVERLEGAL provided comprehensive legal support to UDP Renewables in connection with the project. EVERLEGAL's team advised the client on transactional matters during formation of a JV with a Slovak investor and on post-closing integration. We also supported the client in connection with its further development, construction and commission of the project, as well as project related financing matters.
