EVERLEGAL acted as legal counsel to UDP Renewables in a deal completion with Nebras Power, a global power development and investment company headquartered in Doha, Qatar.
EVERLEGAL team has provided comprehensive legal support to UDP Renewables in the transaction with Nebras Power QSC concerning completion of transfer of a controlling stake in a number of UDP Renewables operating solar power plants in Ukraine, namely: “Scythia-Solar-1”, “Scythia-Solar-2”, “Free-Energy Henichesk”, “Terslav” and “Sun Power Pervomaisk”. The Qatar company is becoming an active player in the renewable energy market of Ukraine.
